Human constructs around religion have certainly painted sexuality and the body as questionable (at best) and often far worse -- however, from what I have seen from digging deeper into the texts those religions hold as sacred, they also describe the body itself as a "temple" etc. -- to be revered and taken care of (etc). Depravity is also a path people may choose, but sexuality in and of itself is part of our divine gift. I think the general worthy concept is to cherish and nourish it positively -- rather than degrade and defile, since both paths are open to us. For example, biblical texts warn against imposed abstinence (sexuality and more) as being detrimental. Sexuality should be revered (treated as sacred). I have doubts around my ability to explain this effectively (this is a deep subject, open to much debate), yet the basic principles I see are these -- our bodies are our spiritual temple -- and sexuality is a natural part of these bodies -- just take care of it with a "loving and greater good for all" perspective. Something like that, at least 🤔

i don't know if i am, i just feel stuck some repeated patterns won't seem to change for me. so much that i aim to achieve seems to be resistant.

I like your channel but about having the energy coming from the bottom of your spine, I don’t agree with. I opened my heart chakra first and it went its was up to the seventh chakra. It didn’t follow one specific order. What i can say is that my upper body has this intense flow of energy like “electricity”. It goes from my heart to my arms, hands. I laid down in the bed and I don’t even need to be meditating to feel it. It’s really strong. I feel all the time. The crown chakra started opening two days ago, i was in a deep meditation and i asked my higher self to send me a sign. Minutes after, i felt this flow of energy in the crown of my head. I got scared with it, my body started having intense chills and goosebumps. I knew that i was in a deep level of connection with my higher self. After that i feel some flow of energy going to my head, but only when im meditating. I guess i still have some blockages, and like my heart, I guess ill be able to feel it more with time. But the flow of energy that I feel doesn’t go through my lower body and legs. Since i was looking for help in your channel to understand all this and you specifically said that the energy has to come from the lower back all the way to the top, i had to look for extra help and i found out that there’re many ways to have the kundalini awakening and many gurus believe that the correct way of having it, is starting from the heart, go the way to the top and only then, going the way down. After like a month having my heart chakra opened, now i feel so much blizz, so much love all the time, this deep connection with nature that pushes me to keep touching trees and being around nature. And yesterday i started to see people in the street and start wishing good things to them in my head. This morning after my run and having a coffee outside, i did it again but this time i got so emotional doing it that i start crying. This deep love for others, and the vibration gets really strong. My hands keep pulsing this strong energy. Anyway, i hope this commentary finds its way to some people that like me, are not following the bottom to the top, the way you say. And ty for the channel, im in my spiritual awakening already for two years and i got very confused with the kundalini awakening because I didn’t know about it. But as always the universe guided me showing your channel two weeks ago.

I was diagnosed with schizophrenia after my unexpected and completely accidental spiritual awakening (prior I had been atheist my entire life). i checked myself into a mental hospital after setting my apartment on fire. (yes, this is all 100% true). The voices never left but I came to learn that I could control the really mean one and the angelic one only came while I was meditating or doing breath work. Turns out I had an ego death and a seperation of consciousness with my ego. So, I was able to hear it as a seperate inner voice that wasn't my own, but sounded like me. It grew to become more annoying than anything, as I'd already gotten all of my crazy out of my system (lol) and nothing seemed to ever trigger me after "waking up". I'm still working on integrating it into my soul with lots of meditation, hypnosis and endless self-healing methods. But, other than that my life is completely opposite to what it was last year. I battled alcoholism, addiction, bipolar 1, trauma, depression, several suicide attempts, you name it. Since, my awakening and my extensive self-healing journey, I'm on zero medication and show no symptoms of bipolar, depression or addiction, whatsoever. Things I had battled since adolescence, I am now 31. I've been out of the hospital for about five months, now. After my apt fire, I had a pair of shorts and a tshirt to my name. No wallet, no phone, not even a bra or underwear on. Since then, I've already started my own business, I'm enrolled in school to be a hypnotherapist, and I'm currently writing a book. Healing myself turned all of my weaknesses into super powers, and I did it with the help of all of those things I saw and heard that sent me to the hospital. Do the work yall and start healing. That's truly when your life begins.

Idk if this was astral projecting or not but I was asleep in the couch and although I was asleep my minds eye was awake and then I started tingling and the. A huge gray force started to pull me upward and I got scared I remember the fear I resisted and my ears started ringing so bad it hurt the. I woke up .. looked around and thought it was death coming. Basically Christina is just saying, "Don't let things get to you emotionally. Realize they are mostly unimportant items and just let them go. But if some items get past this first line of defense, then do another round of letting go directed towards those particular items"; which is totally intelligent advice. But I would like to add another preemptive tactic. WATCH AS LITTLE STANDARD NEWS AS POSSIBLE. Why? Because almost all of it is centered on negative items/events. News sources/producers believe that negative news attracts the most viewers. So the news is mostly toxic pollution to a mind that is attached to your physical body consciousness. Especially avoid international news. Admittedly, this will give you less to talk about when you get together with your friends and family, but rehashing negative news stories with them actually will only further imprint their negativity into your mind and make it more likely that you will generate emotions about them.

I have a question for you....I pray you can help, I have recently found out that as a teenager am older man seduced me and that I had blacked out while we were having sex I am now 55 and don't know where to go from here. (Now mind you I did not know he was married and that's why I've been running from him) he kept telling me we were soul mates but every time he found me he was married to a different woman! For instance, once the pain is gone, does it create a major spiritual advancement? Does your energy continue to circulate internally at a much higher rate, or does it finally calm down and get back to normal?
